Prior to joining SERHANT, Zoltan worked with elite development sales teams at IMI Worldwide Properties on several ultra-luxury projects, including 1625 Ocean, Jack’s Bay Club, and Four Seasons Tropicalia. He also served as Senior Sales Operations for Moncayo Puerto Rico with Auberge Resorts Collection, gaining valuable insight into global luxury development and sales strategy.

Today, Zoltan specializes in luxury and coastal real estate across both Florida coasts, bringing a strategic, data-driven approach to marketing and positioning high-end properties. In addition to traditional brokerage, he manages two luxury short-term rental properties, giving him firsthand expertise in the investor and vacation rental market.
